Basic peanut sauce tofu


  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 1 small can of light coconut milk
  • 1 block med firm tofu, cubed

Whisk the peanut butter and tamari in a small pan together until smooth. Add coconut milk and heat over medim heat until combined. Add the cubed tofu and simmer for at least 5 minutes to let the flavours soak in, being careful not to burn the bottom. That’s it! Serve with plain rice and stir fried veg.
